Software Licence
There is a one off
licence cost that is dependent upon the number of users.

Maintenance
There is
an annual maintenance charge of 20% of the licence cost. This charge covers
telephone support, product upgrades and enhancements brought about by
changes in legislation.
Installation
Installation
of the product at your main site is carried out by our staff at no extra
cost. Installation at additional sites is charged at £300 per day.
Training
We believe
that training is essential. Training in all aspects of the use of the
system is provided by our experienced staff at your premises.

Implementation Consultancy
In order to ensure a swift and successful implementation of the River
Lake system, a day's consultancy is included in the licence fee. This
covers configuration of the system in liaison with senior staff and planning
the training and implementation timetable.
Data Conversion
It is often possible to bring across some or all of your data from another
computer system. Conversions are separately quoted for following detailed
discussion of your requirements.
