River Lake Systems

2007 has seen some major developments to the River Lake systems.

There have been major enhancements in the reporting facilities enabling you to define your own reports. The reminder facilities have also been improved allowing each user to specify their own views of the data and to synchronise the data with Microsoft Outlook.

The River Lake Property Management system continues to be developed with the recent introduction of electronic invoicing, automatic payment of invoices with cheque printing and enhancements to the service charge system to comply with the new RICS Code of Practice.

The River Lake Professional system now has improved conflict of interest checking as well as a number of developments to the comparable and trade valuation reporting.

River Lake Rating now offers improved rates bills reporting, bulk settlement of appeals and production of Rental Returns. <back>

River Lake Rating – Rates Management

In addition to rating appeals, many Rating Advisers, and Rating Consultants offer additional services with regard to non domestic rate liability such as Rates Management, Rate Liability Verification and Rate Payment Services.

We have recently enhanced our rating package to include many rates management functions such as bill verification, instalment calculation, payment authorisation and generation of a payment file that can be used with your existing accounting software.
