River Lake Software is now 11 years old. The business continues to grow steadily. New clients include Matthews & Goodman (Property Management), Vail Williams and Bayram Vickery Meech (Rating).

The River Lake systems continue to be developed.

River Lake Rating – Rates Management

In addition to rating appeals, many Rating Advisers, and Rating Consultants offer additional services with regard to non domestic rate liability such as Rates Management, Rate Liability Verification and Rate Payment Services.

Non Domestic Rating 2011/12

The multipliers for the 2011/12 rating year can be found by following the link UBR.

2010 Revaluation

The UBR for England and Scotland in 2011/12 will be 42.6p with large hereditaments paying a 0.7p supplement. In Wales the UBR will be 42.8p. Hereditaments in the Greater London area over £55,000 RV will have to pay a 2p supplement to help fund Crossrail. Hereditaments in The City of London will also have to pay a 0.4p supplement.

Northern Ireland have delayed their revaluation until 2012.
